We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer Consultant to oversee and supervise the finishing phase of our new multi-floor building. The consultant will ensure that all finishing works, including wall painting, flooring, ceiling installation, electricals, HVAC, fire alarm and firefighting, and final fixtures, are executed according to approved designs, quality standards, and safety regulations. This role requires close coordination with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely completion and a high-quality final product. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in supervising finishing works, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail

Roles:

• Ensure that all finishing works are completed in accordance with approved designs, specifications, and industry standards.
• Act as a liaison between the client, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of finishing works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and propose solutions for any issues that arise during the finishing phase.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Ensure that all materials used conform to project specifications and approved quality standards.
• Inspect the quality of workmanship and provide corrective actions if any defects are found.
• Approve samples and mock-ups before full-scale implementation.
