Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Provide support in resolving employee issues and promoting workplace harmony
Assist in developing HR policies and ensuring legal compliance
Coordinate training and development programs
Support payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with Finance
Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field2+ years of HR experience (generalist or specialist role)Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practicesStrong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skillsExperience with HRIS and ATS platforms is a plusHR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a bonus
