Role Description
• Ensuring all employees are covered under governmental health insurance
• Following up on requests from government authorities (e.g., Labor Office - Social Insurance).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding social and governmental health insurance, providing clear and accurate information.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest changes and amendments to Egyptian social insurance and health insurance laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all insurance-related documentation.
• Coordinating with the Recruitment Department to complete new hiring procedures.
• Work location : 6 of October city
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience as an HR Specialist, with a strong focus on social and governmental health insurance in Egypt.• Proven experience in occupancy injuries• Prior experience working in an industrial environment is highly preferred.• 6 October city or Sheikh Zayed city residents or preferred
