- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Age up to 35 years old.High school diploma or bachelor’s degree Previous experience in sales or reception is a plus.Strong communication skills and presentable appearance.Basic computer skills and/or knowledge of POS systems.Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
