Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in insurance policy design, negotiations, and relationship management.Strong knowledge of local insurance laws and compliance regulations.
