Responsibilities:
- Assists with payroll processing by providing necessary employee data and resolving any discrepancies.
- Enters data into payroll contracts, process information changes, and delete old files.
- Handles employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Responsible for employee timekeeping and monthly closing cycle as well as time keeping reports on monthly basis.
- Supports the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Maintains and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System), ensuring accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Serves as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits, providing timely and helpful responses.
- Extracts the violations reports related to employee's timekeeping and sends out to manager son monthly basis
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.2+ years of proven experience in payroll processing or HR operations.Very Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.Understanding of HR local guidelines and regulationsKnowledge of HR operations, policies, and proceduresKnowledge of labor law
