- Responsible for coordination between all company departments and Follow up and monitor the performance of all departments.
- Revise the workflow and ensure full cycle of work took place including fully and correct data entry and documentation by putting a system for checking day to day tasks.
- Fully aware of all staff tasks in order to discover problems and find solutions
- Responsible for Administration tasks related to staff adherence to company policy ensure the policy is fully applied on staff.
- Handling all company administration tasks inside and outside ensure all company governmental documents are exists / renewed on due time according to Egypt law.
- Handling all Customers complaints and suggestions in coordination with the Management .
- Represents the Management and coordinate between the staff and the management.
- Contribute in some operations tasks .
- Prepare reports as per Management requirements, contribute in the Annual budget in coordination with the Chartered Accountant.
- Checking assets and machine maintenance status ensure everything is working in a good order.
- Handling Suppliers and all their procedures and documentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field.Good command of English language (Speaking and writing).Strong computer proficiency and Total awareness of using Microsoft Excel, word and outlook.Formal email writing.Ability to travel as per work needs.Active, Ambitious, working hard & persistent.Excellent communication and listening skills.Ability to work under pressure.
