Barista Training Manager
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista Training Manager located in Al Giza, Egypt with Juan Valdez EG. The Barista Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for new and existing baristas, ensuring that all employees are knowledgeable about the coffee-making process and Juan Valdez's standards. Daily tasks include conducting hands-on training sessions, monitoring the progress of trainees, providing feedback, and updating training materials as needed. The role also involves coordinating with store managers to assess training needs and maintaining a high level of customer service and quality in all coffee preparation processes.
Experience in barista training and coffee preparation techniquesStrong knowledge of coffee varieties, brewing methods, and equipmentExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to develop and update training materials and programsOrganizational and team-leadership skillsAbility to work on-site in Al Giza , EgyptPrevious experience in a managerial role in the coffee industry is a plus
