We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, propose solutions, and support the successful delivery of strategic business initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects align with business needs and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business and technical requirements.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Interpret data and perform data-driven analysis to support business decisions.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with IT, project managers, and cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to align stakeholders.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support project implementation.
- Monitor project progress and report on outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Jira).Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.Preferred Certifications:CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)
