Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Online Sales Supervisor with a strong background in ERP and accounting software sales. The ideal candidate will play a dual role: managing and building a sales team while also engaging directly with clients to drive revenue. You will be responsible for presenting and explaining the system to clients via online meetings, ensuring targets are met, and maintaining a high standard of customer communication and satisfaction.
You will work remotely and report directly to the company founder. Your leadership and selling skills will be key in growing our customer base and expanding into new markets.
Job Requirements:Proven experience in sales, preferably in accounting software or ERP systems.Ability to build and lead a remote sales team effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic.Ability to deliver clear and simple product demos and explain systems to clients.Proficiency in remote work tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM platforms.Strong ability to work independently and achieve results with minimal supervision.Strong planning, organization, and sales reporting skills.Highly responsible, disciplined, and motivated to achieve both personal and team sales targets.
