- Check on Authorized service centers (ASC) Evaluation & share the result weekly / monthly.

- Monitoring Service Centers Performance. 

- Analysis Part charge back & feedback to each FSR to investigate

- Validate Spare Parts utilization of each service center

- Renew Service Centers Contracts annually. 

- Increase branding and customer satisfaction.
