Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control inventory levels across the main warehouse and retail branches.
- Plan and execute stock replenishment activities based on demand forecasting, sales trends, and stock movement.
- Oversee the receiving process of incoming shipments, ensuring proper documentation, inspection, and system entry.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the ERP system (e.g., Odoo or similar) for new and existing stock.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and sales departments to align stock availability with operational needs.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and support annual physical inventory processes.
- Analyze slow-moving and fast-moving items and suggest actions to optimize inventory levels.
- Implement and monitor stock rotation policies (FIFO, FEFO) to minimize obsolescence and ensure quality.
- Prepare regular stock reports and KPIs, highlighting variances, risks, and action plans.
- Support the implementation of inventory management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics and Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in the spare parts sector for heavy-duty commercial vehicles.Strong knowledge of replenishment planning, stock lifecycle, and inventory best practices.Experience using ERP systems for inventory tracking and replenishment (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.).Familiarity with aftermarket parts for brands such as MAN, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, and others is highly preferred.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory analysis tools.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
