•Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
•Supervise contractors to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations, identifying and mitigating risks.
•Lead the tendering process for electrical and plumbing projects, preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and managing procurement for efficiency and competitive pricing.
•Implement maintenance plans for stores, coordinating with operations to ensure adherence to budgets and regulations.
•Serve as the main contact for property owners and stakeholders, providing project status updates to the Projects Director.
•Facilitate communication between teams to resolve issues and maintain project workflow.
•Provide guidance and support to the project team, conducting performance evaluations and ensuring compliance with company practices.
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.•5 to 7 years of experience in project management within the retail, construction, or facility management sectors.•PMP certification is a plus.•Excellent command of English.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and expertise in AutoCAD.
