- Organize and lead daily briefing sessions to communicate tasks and technical requirements.
- Monitor daily progress and prepare detailed logs of work completed, noting any issues and corrective actions.
- Provide technical assistance on-site, troubleshooting installation challenges as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to facilitate smooth project operations.
- Assist in resource planning, mentoring junior team members, and implementing continuous improvement measures.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in elevator installation, maintenance, or related fieldStrong technical knowledge of elevator systems and installation processesExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting skillsProficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs.Experience with Microsoft Office.
