We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Office Secretary to handle day-to-day administrative tasks and support our office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism
- Manage office correspondence (letters, memos, packages, etc.)
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital
- In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with data entry and basic reporting tasks
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory
- Support accounting or HR departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, efficient, and welcoming
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and service providers when required
Requirements & Skills:-proven experience as executive secretary or similar administration role. -Fluent in English language written & verbal -Proficient in MS office.-in depth knowledge of office management and Basie accounting procedures. -Excellent communication, interpersonal -Organizational & follow up skills-Ability to handle matters-presentable -Degree in business administration or relative field
