This role requires an Engineer who is a professional in monitoring and testing the quality of products in industries such as manufacturing and automotive. They ensure compliance with standards, identify issues, recommend solutions, and create quality documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Plans and designs manufacturing processes for a painting facility.
- Inspect and test raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Identify areas for process improvements to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
- Work closely with the production team to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed inspection and test reports.
- Maintain records of non-conformance, corrective actions, and quality improvements.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 or other applicable quality management standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and implementing required actions.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production staff on quality standards.
Bachelor’s Mechanical / Electrical / degree.Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in same role.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and Quality control.Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systemsCreate, Update standard operating procedures (SOPs)Strong communication and teamwork skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and attention to detail.Fluent in EnglishBackground in Vehicle Manufacturing industry (Bus / Automotive) Railway Experience is plus
