Organize and Execute Production Activities: Manage production operations within assigned segments to meet deadlines and uphold product standards.
Shift Coordination: Take over from the previous shift, address ongoing production updates, and complete any pending repair work.
Monitor Production Operations: Ensure production aligns with scheduled delivery dates, producing accurate quantities at the right quality and cost.
Schedule Management: Oversee shift schedules, including workstation assignments, employee training, breaks, overtime, and shift rotations.
Quality Assurance: Monitor final products to ensure they meet all specifications and escalate issues in case of defects.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and practices, aiming for cost reduction and productivity improvement
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Science/ Agriculture.Experience: 4 to 6 years in packaging or production roles, with a strong understanding of packaging technology, materials, and design principlesTechnical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with production equipment and manufacturing processes.Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability and environmental issues related to packaging; knowledge of testing methods, regulations, and standards for packaging.Soft Skills: Strong creativity for developing unique packaging solutions; analytical thinker with good interpersonal skills.
