1. Follows up and directs the telemarketing efforts in order to
generate new sales leads.
2. Schedules and arranges business meetings with the
prospective customers to present the company’s services.
3. Conducts sales presentations and demos to recommend the
available service features and benefits that are compatible with
customers' needs and financial resources.
4. Arranges scoping meetings with prospective clients to
determine customers’ specific requirements.
5. Prepares proposals regarding the scope of work, prerequisites,
payment terms, and any other information needed for deal
closing.
6. Prepares weekly status report highlighting sales leads, closed
deals, current and potential customers’ status, and provides
the necessary feedback regarding the achievements vs. the set
KPIs.
7. Follows up with customers to obtain feedback, builds long
term relationships with customers to enforce upselling and
cross selling opportunities, and ensures achieving optimum
customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience At least 2-3 years of experience in similar position.Education : School Diploma Bachelor Masters Specialization Any bachelor’s degree.Languages: English: Excellent command of (Speaking, reading and writing)
