- Create weekly work plans from this time schedule
- Create procurement plans from this weekly schedule
- Create invoices for subcontractors on a weekly basis
- Follow up weekly on consumption rates of materials (Actual vs Scheduled)
- Ability to communicate and follow up with subcontractors with proper timing in order to properly plan for works and to follow time schedule
