Osolutions is seeking an experienced Senior Business Developer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and establishing strong relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and networking opportunities.
Utilize various tools and platforms to gather and analyze lead data. - Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop customized proposals that meet client needs and align with company objectives.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to track leads, prospects, and client interactions.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data within the CRM.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between potential clients and internal teams to facilitate a seamless communication flow.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration.
- Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities, sales pipeline, and business development progress.
Minimum of 2 years experience at marketing agency Strong understanding of lead generation, sales processes, and CRM systems.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
