- Prepare initial plans of phasing zones through-out project timeline to participate in setting projects’ time and work expectations.
- Plan for workforce and follow up on tasks completion, such as MEP work, scaffolding, concrete, painting and provide updates to finishing manager and projects’ management and various stakeholders in order to keep and communicate project progress.
- Intervene immediately by sourcing workers and accelerating work in case of schedule deviations to resolve delays and execute tasks in the set time schedule.
- Monitor the usage of tools and equipment to ensure proper sourcing of all requirements of projects’ execution.
- Follow up and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure they are productive within the set standards of projects’ quality and time schedule.
- Manage invoices and billing of materials or payments to subcontractors and register the finishing financials to keep an updated track of cash flow.
- Coordinate between the MEP and finishing team by receiving planning schedules including dates to have items finished and dates for the Client Handing Over (CHO).
- Fill in and update progress sheets with the finishing manager and consultant to be presented to clients.
Proven work experience as a Architect or similar role Practical experience with CAD & Revit software Good creative flair and imagination The ability to respond well to feedback Strong understanding of written and verbal specificationsBachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.8-15 years of experience in industrial or marine ports projects in construction companiesVery Good command of English Language.
