Looking for a bilingual Customer Support Representative (French C1, English B2) to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities include guiding customers on product features, reporting technical issues, updating internal databases, managing social media complaints, sharing feedback with teams, and assisting in training junior staff.

Job Requirements 6 months of experience in Customer Service Field. Proficiency Level French (C1) and English (B2) Proficiency level. Should be flexible with 24-7 rotating shifts. Work on site - Maadi Technology Park. No Transportation.
