We seek a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in engineering principles and a passion for sales.
This role involves a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to provide
innovative flooring solutions to our B2B clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Technical Expertise:
○ Understand and apply engineering principles to assess client needs and
recommend suitable flooring solutions.
○ Provide technical support to customers, including product demonstrations and
troubleshooting.
○ Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized flooring solutions.● Sales:
○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B market.
○ Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
○ Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.
○ Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals.
● Customer Support:
○ Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns
promptly.
○ Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and offer technical advice.
● Market Analysis:
○ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.
○ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging
opportunities.
Job Requirements:● Education:○ Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, or related field) orequivalent.● Experience:○ Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales engineering or a similar role.○ Strong understanding of flooring materials, installation processes, andindustry standards.● Skills:○ Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.○ Strong communication and presentation skills.○ Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools.○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Additional Requirements:○ Willingness to travel as needed.○ A valid driver's license.○ A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
