Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring high levels of performance and collaboration.
- Work closely with sales and project management teams to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions in the firefighting, HVAC, and construction sectors.
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, helping them understand and select the best products and solutions for their projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, architects, and engineers to support business development.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, including specifications, pricing, and timelines.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that customer requirements are met and new products are brought to market effectively.
- Oversee the preparation of bids, contracts, and other sales documentation.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to drive product innovation and sales strategies.
- Ensure the successful implementation of engineering solutions, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and sales staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in EngineeringMinimum of 5 years of experience in a sales engineeringfirefighting, HVAC, or construction industries.Experience in handling large-scale projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and coordinating between sales, engineering, and project management functions.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
