- Provide technical and commercial quotations to customers through different channels.
- Influence and promote customer satisfaction, service and support.
- Resolve customer problems to restore and promote good public relations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Develop and maintain effective parts department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Share best practices and implement common processes department wide.
- Receive phone-in and walk in and e-mail customers’ request for parts
- Locate parts for customers on various machines, CAT, and other brands we service
- Find parts using automated system
- Maintain good notes, organized desk for easy and quick access to information
- Work cooperatively with fellow team members to accomplish warehouse/parts goals
- Help fellow counter personnel find parts information more efficiently
- Assist the supervisor in projects when called upon
- Appropriately suggest the purchase of additional items when selling a part
- Provide leads to PSSR’s, Service shops, etc.
- Direct customers to the proper service techs, when more information is needed
Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMin. 2 years of experience as sales engineerStrong Communication skillsStrong Microsoft skills (Excel, PowerPoint & PDF)Excellent English command (both written & spoken), French is a plusExperienced in Salesforce, Oracle is a plus
