We are looking for a Governmental Relations Specialist to join our team and play a key role in managing relationships with government entities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating HR and administrative processes related to permits and official documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Government Documentation & Permits Management:
- Handle all government-related procedures for work permits.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and prepare necessary reports for relevant authorities.
2. Liaison with Government Authorities:
- Communicate and coordinate with government bodies such as the Ministry of Labor, City Hall, Chamber of Commerce, and other regulatory agencies.
3. Compliance & Legal Updates:
- Stay updated with changes in government regulations and provide guidance on necessary policy adjustments.
- Prepare periodic reports on legal and regulatory developments affecting company policies.
4. Dispute Resolution & Legal Procedures:
- Assist in resolving government-related disputes and coordinate with legal advisors when necessary.
- Follow up on legal matters concerning the company and ensure efficient resolution.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field.Experience:1-4 years of experience in government relations or legal affairs in a large organization.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of government regulations related to employment, social insurance, and business operations.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with authorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
