We are looking for a user-experience (UX/ UI) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews, and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. The UX/ UI designer will also be expected to design the product's overall functionality and ensure a great user experience, iterating upon it by user testing.

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiencesFacilitate the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital productsDesign and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfacesIdentify design problems and devise elegant solutionsPresent and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and featuresTake a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designsCollaborate with other team members and stakeholdersRequirements3+ years of UX/ UI design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have Knowledge of typography, iconography, color, layout, and data visualizationMastery of common visual design tools (figma, XD, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, ...etc)Knowledge of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, and JavascriptCreative ideas for the problem-solving mindsetAbility to design within the confines of Standards and PatternsMobile and responsive design experienceBe open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon itExperience in using UX design best practices to design solutions
