Job Description

  • Responsible for complete employees’ files and documentations, correspondence, updating the HRIS, administration, follow-ups, travel arrangements, exiting formalities, end of service settlements.
  • Producing salary certificates, controlling holidays, medical leaves, and attendance of every employee, adjusting monthly wages accordingly.
  • Arranging visas, work permit, and other related documents for the employees with the coordination of PRO.
  • Conduct all employee appraisals with coordination of relevant depart managers.
  • Arrange insurance for all employees in a timely manner and coordinate with insurance for regular update.
  • Maintaining employees personnel filing (passport, visa copies, insurance, labor card, leaves etc)
  • Arranging employee trainings and organizing company outdoor events, arranging company accommodations.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
