Position: Head of Accounting

About Us: Jadara Clearance Company is a leading organization in the clearance and logistics sector, dedicated to delivering efficient and reliable services. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.

Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

Conduct financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.

Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and payroll.

Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
