Job Description

  • What you’ll do:
  • Develop & Execute Trade Channel Strategies. Partner with channel leaders to ensure full execution of the strategies by channel.
  • Financial planning including revenues and marketing/trade spending commitments. Recommend markets investment decisions and sales gap-closing plans.
  • Aggregate markets input on initiatives, new launches, in store support requirements, customer marketing activities requirements, and consolidate into the initiatives marketing plan.
  • Develop the trade strategies and plans for each initiative on the regional marketing calendar in alignment with local commercial teams.
  • Develop Pricing & Promo strategy with clear guidance vs. most relevant competitive set.
  • Develop Trade margin strategies and glide paths with Trade Margin being a key element of Total Value Equation with customers.
  • Ensure trade margin strategy is not a barrier for growth.
  • Develop and execute the in-store activation plans and customers events in line with brands priorities.
  • Review and report market and industry trends to Product Management and Business Development.
  • Lead company product managers to implement New Product Market Launch plans with sales materials and promotional elements to increase sales of new and current products.
  • What you’ll need :
  • 3-5 proven experience as an MS&P.
  • Knowledge of product pricing, distribution, and positioning.
  • Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices in FMCG.
  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
  • Experience in managing distributors.
