The Project Sales Consultant - Client Management/Business Development role involves driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding business opportunities within the paint manufacturing industry. The individual will focus on project-based sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop strategies to approach potential clients, and expand the company's market share in project sales.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets, specifically for large-scale projects and partnerships.
- Project Management: Oversee client projects from initial inquiry to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and opportunities for expansion in specific sectors like construction, real estate, and infrastructure.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure product availability and timely project execution.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project progress, and client communications, and provide regular reports to senior management.
