IBI - A URC Company, is seeking a Director of Monitoring, Data, and Reporting for an upcoming USAID-funded Monitoring, Evidence, and Research for Learning Activity in Jordan.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of program monitoring initiatives across the USAID/Jordan portfolio
- Work with the USAID technical staff and partners to develop monitoring and data collection, quality control, and analysis systems and methodologies
- Support leadership and technical teams in applying data as evidence for management and learning
- Oversee development of monitoring- and evaluation-related capacity building initiatives
- Ensure MEL activities are conducted on schedule and participate in the provision of MEL services
- Conduct field visits to review data collection processes, perform data quality assessments, and provide technical assistance to ensure evaluations align with best practices
- Review and draft monitoring reports and ensure findings are effectively disseminated
- Supervise teams of field supervisors, field monitors, and data analysts
- Lead the design of monitoring instruments, tools, and procedures
- Guide trainings and capacity building of field monitors, field supervisors, and data collection for USAID and partners
- Work with short-term subject matter experts to plan and implement field monitoring and third-party monitoring activities, including engaging experts to conduct field visits and oversee data analysis
Support data quality assessments (DQAs) and ensure quality control of all monitoring products, including questionnaires, data analysis, and reports
