Telesales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct personal sales to achieve individual targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with paid users through telephone and online communication, following the company’s standard procedures.
  • Monitor and supervise the learning progress of paid users, offering feedback and suggestions to address any challenges they face and help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Be responsible for the renewal performance of paid users, striving to improve the renewal rate through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by expanding customer resources and promoting recommendations and referrals among existing users.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing users, contributing to overall sales growth.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telesales Team Lead or similar supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
