Key Details

Location: Arizona, Kentucky, Florida, Atlanta, Georgia (and expanding to new areas)

Pay Range: USD $27-$32 per hour, depending on location.

Visa Sponsorship: Successful candidates will be offered an H1B Visa, valid for 3 years, with the opportunity to extend for an additional 3 years (total of 6 years). After 3 months in the U.S., candidates will be eligible to apply for a Green Card.

IMPORTANT - Mandatory Requirements

• CGFNS VisaScreen Certificate: Applicants MUST possess this certificate to be eligible.
• ASCP/AMT Certification: Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or American Medical Technologists (AMT) is REQUIRED.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred.
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Analyse biological specimens, integrating instrument operation and calibration with patient data to provide accurate and timely diagnostic results.
• Perform a wide range of laboratory procedures using both manual and automated methods in Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Microbiology, Immunology, and other lab disciplines.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance programs, guaranteeing the highest standard of patient care.
