We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our brand presence across various social media platforms.

Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Social Media Specialist at The Abdeen, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with the Marketing and Sales departments to create engaging content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.

• Define and track important social media KPIs.

• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.

• Gather and create visual content (photos and videos) of all arriving products from the brands we work with.

• Organize and execute photo sessions for our own brand products.

• Create and manage advertisements on various social media platforms.

• Monitor and analyse the performance of social media advertisements and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

• Respond to and engage with followers, addressing queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social media Platforms.

• Experience in creating and managing social media advertisements.

• Experience with photography and videography.

• Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).

• Great leadership skills.

• Experience in developing social media contents in the home and baby needs sector is a plus.
