Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Develop project plans, set milestones, and manage resources.
- Train and mentor junior project managers.
- Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor performance and address risks promptly.
Qualifications:
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- 5 - 7 years of experience in project management with a proven track record.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in mentoring or training is a plus.
