Duties & Responsibilities:

Scheduling Engineer:

• Organizing all passenger/cargo flights data information according to IATA standard SSIM file.
• Ensuring the accuracy of the schedule details.
• Improving the quality of the schedule process.
• Ensuring that the schedule is up to date in all other GDS’s/
• Coordinating with all concerned departments with regard to any schedule changes.
• Coordinating with maintenance department to deploy maintenance schedule.
• Preparing all needed data to charter flights.
• Handling Seasonal and Ad-hoc Slot Management & Coordination for all RJ’s flights, landing and departing in Level 2 and Level 3 Airports, using Sabre Software/ Slot Manager Module.
• Coordinating with external business partners (airports, Slot coordinators, and charterers as example) to assure smooth running and implementation of the company’s operations, and to ensure operations are in compliance with regulations and rules.
• Following up on slots of RJ flights operated to coordinated airports.

Performance ad Information Analyst:

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Accumulating and accessing historical, present and future data for use in maintaining a realistic basis for future planning and forecasting under supervision.
• Participating in preparing the key performance indicators reports, and other periodical reports.
• Performing variance analysis studies, and updating of operating reports under supervision.
• Working closely with several teams to effectively communicate results of the latest updated performance data to management committees.
• Participating in maintaining relationships with data vendors supplying performance data.
• Creating presentations and organizing graphics and detailed reports of data under supervision.
• Importing, cleaning, transforming, validating and modeling data using MS Excel and Data Base Applications.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Excellent command of English Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Analytical Skills.
• Teamwork and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
