Job Description
Tagging:
- Affixing Tags: Physically attach the tags to the corresponding assets in a secure and easily accessible location. Ensure that the tags are visible, durable, and resistant to environmental factors like moisture, heat, and tampering. Tags will be printed and supplied us.
- Recording Tag Information: Record the details of each asset tag, including its unique identifier, item description, and any other relevant information, in a centralized database or asset management mobile application provided by us.
- Verification: Double-check the accuracy of tag placement and ensure that each asset is properly labeled with its corresponding tag. This involve cross-referencing asset information with existing records or documentation.
Data Collection Activities:
- Asset Identification: Use QR scanners / mobile application to scan asset tags and capture relevant information such as serial numbers, location, and condition of the assets / items.
- Data Entry: Input collected data into a centralized database or asset management system in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure that all required fields are completed and that the information is consistently formatted for easy retrieval and analysis.
- Verification and Validation: Validate collected data against existing records or conduct physical inspections to verify the accuracy of information. Rectify any discrepancies or inconsistencies encountered during the data collection process.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all data collection activities, including dates, locations, and individuals involved. Document any observations or issues identified during asset inspections or audits.
Experience requirements: Applicants must have strong working experience in engineering (mechanical, electrical, and/or facility maintenance experiences).
Location: Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
Duration: 5 to 6 months
