Job Overview:

MedBuddy is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist / Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone available 24/7 in rotational shifts, proficient in both Arabic and English, and has an understanding of IT and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional 24/7 customer support to MedBuddy users and clients.
  • Handle inquiries and issues in both Arabic and English via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist users with IT and technical troubleshooting related to the MedBuddy platform.
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issues in our support system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bahraini citizenship is required.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT and technical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with healthcare or medical technology is beneficial but optional.
