Position to be filled: Discipline Supervisors
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day

- day operations and ensuring the efficient and safe execution of the project. Your role may involve:
Main tasks:
- Managing a team of workers, technicians, or subcontractors.
- Planning and organizing work schedules and assignments.
- Monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
- Conducting regular inspections and quality control checks.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or delays in workflow.
- Providing guidance and training to team members.
- Collaborating with other supervisors and departments to optimize operations.
- Reporting on project status, productivity, and resource requirements.
- Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures.
