Position to be filled: Electrical Supervisor
Main requisites and general background:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical construction and maintenance, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Proficiency in electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience in supervising electrical teams and coordinating workflow.
- Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical equipment.
- Familiarity with conducting root cause analysis for electrical failures.
- Knowledge of shutdown planning and execution.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong commitment to safety and quality assurance.
