Position to be filled: Mechanical Supervisor
Main requisites and general background:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical maintenance and supervision, preferably in the Oil and Gas sector.
- Proficiency in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards related to mechanical systems and equipment.
- Experience in supervising mechanical maintenance activities and coordinating teams.
- Ability to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment.
- Familiarity with conducting root cause analysis for mechanical failures.
- Understanding of shutdown planning and execution involving mechanical systems.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
