The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming residents and guests, handling inquiries, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. Moreover, the ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional and friendly demeanor. The Myriad Dubai is a fully-integrated, urban-styled student living community, located in the heart of Dubai International Academic City. The property is designed to cater to the wants and needs of the modern student, taking into account vital factors such as safety, security, comfort and convenience.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Builds relationship with residents to delight and gain loyalty.
  • Meets and greets all residents on arrival.
  • Ensures all interaction with residents is handled professionally and care adhering to property operating policies and procedures.
  • Assists with registration and to get full details required from residents.
  • Ensures all welcome packs are in room prior to resident arrival.
  • Takes ownership in solving resident problems and concerns.
  • Updates residents’ needs and requests on the PMS system.
  • Assists residents upon check-in and checkout.
  • Ensures residents are properly checked-out from the system.
  • Ensures all arrival resident profiles are updated correctly.
  • Ensures all residents profiles are merged correctly to have detailed resident history recorded.
  • Ensures that all reception emails are responded in a timely manner.
  • Ensures all arrival rooms are assigned and rooms inspected prior to the resident arrival.
  • Performs duties assigned when required.

Functional Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities:

  • 1-2 years experience in Hotel/Accommodation as Guest Services
