We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Homecare Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-focused care to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing complex medical needs, administering treatments, and ensuring overall health and comfort for patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and provide personalized nursing care for patients in their homes.
- Administer medications, injections, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, conditions, and progress.
Qualification: DIploma or BSC Nurse
DHA Eligibility letter needed and Ready to join Immediately.
