Role Description

- Knowledge of employee benefits and asset management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Financial Planner) a plus
