Role Description
This is a contract remote role for an Oracle HCM consultant. The consultant will be responsible for providing implementation and support services for Oracle HCM Cloud, collaborating with clients to optimize their human capital management processes, and leveraging Oracle OTBI, OBIEE, and XML Publisher for reporting and analytics.
Qualifications
- Human Capital Management, Human Capital, and Human Resources (HR) skills
- Experience in Employee Benefits and Consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
