Education:

- Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Training, or Project Management (e.g., CIPD, ATD, PMP) are a plus.
Required Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Find, negotiate with, and manage external vendors effectively.
- Project Management & Data Analytics: Manage projects from planning to execution and analyze data to prepare reports and dashboards.
- LMS, Kahoot, Canva Expertise: Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), create digital content via Kahoot and Canva, and provide user support.
- Presentation Skills & Collaboration: Deliver engaging presentations and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Orientation Program Management: Plan, manage, and execute the orientation program for new employees.
- Training Implementation & ROI: Develop and implement training plans, ensuring they deliver measurable ROI.
Technical Competencies:
- Vendor Management Skills: Expertise in sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with training vendors.
- Project Management Proficiency: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Data Analytics Skills: Ability to analyze training data and prepare insightful reports and dashboards.
- LMS Proficiency: Experience in managing Learning Management Systems and troubleshooting related issues.
