Pearl Industries LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Consultant with expertise in the HVAC sector, specifically in pre-insulated panels and ducts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business growth and development in the UAE market, with deep industry knowledge and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business operations and market position to identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand business in the HVAC sector, focusing on pre-insulated panels and ducts.
• Provide expert advice on improving sales techniques, marketing approaches, and client relationship management.
• Identify potential partnerships and new markets to increase the company’s reach and profitability.
• Collaborate with the management team to set business goals and align strategies with company objectives.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to ensure the business stays competitive.
• Assist in training the sales team and providing mentorship to improve performance and achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in the HVAC industry, with a focus on pre-insulated panels and ducts.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market, including customer needs and industry regulations.
