Job Summary:

Webook.com is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of projects in our new Jordan office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional leadership abilities, and expertise in using Jira for efficient project tracking and management. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. This is a key role where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to drive project success while continuously improving processes and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and a productive work environment.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring efficient use of skills and resources.
• Provide regular feedback and support to team members, promoting professional growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly Jira.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification preferred.
• Expertise in Jira with a proven track record of managing projects using the tool.
• Agile certification and extensive experience with agile methodologies are essential.
