Commercial Sales Analyst

Job Purpose:

Analyze sales data, conduct market research, and provide data-driven insights to enhance sales and marketing strategies, optimize pricing, and maximize profitability.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement process improvements, such as automating manual tasks and optimizing data delivery.
  • Develop and maintain solutions for the commercial team and support new and modified applications and processes.
  • Establish KPIs and enhanced estimation tools for the commercial sales team.
  • Analyze complex data sets to ensure accurate invoicing and present trends to the commercial team.
  • Provide reports and collaborate on data collection to improve business processes.
  • Identify weaknesses in the commercial process and contribute to improvements.
  • Support the commercial team and system development, ensuring proper execution of plans.
  • Ensure data integrity and security by following privacy policies.


Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:

  • BA in Engineering, Commercial, or related field.
  • Accredited certificates or courses in BI are a plus.
  • 9 years of related industry experience in commercial, engineering, supply chain, and production planning within aviation.
  • Understanding of Part 145 regulatory environment and company processes.
  • Knowledge of data analytic techniques, and tools including Excel, Power BI and Tableau.
  • Methodical and analytical approach with acute attention to detail.
  • Advanced skills in MS Suite, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a very good command of English.
